This is a pretty pink floral skirt suit from Guy Laroche Boutique. This 2 piece skirt suit outfit would make a great day dress alternative to wear as a wedding guest or to a special lunch or event.
The jacket has a high v collarless neckline with a beautiful statement bow on the right shoulder. The sleeves of the jacket are elbow length and the front opening is secured with fabric covered buttons and metal snaps. The straight pencil skirt has a rolled hem and center back slit. The waistband of the skirt has darts along the front and back and there is a center back metal zipper with flat hook and eye for closure. The skirt may have been professionally altered at the waist to accomodate a larger waist measurement. The hip measurement for this skirt is very narrow,( see measurements as a guide for the best fit).
Made in France in what feels like a cotton blend and labeled size FR 40, but we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 2/4, with a lower waist fit on the skirt if left as is or it could be re-altered to fit a smaller waist.
